  • Handling Time: All orders are processed, quality-inspected, and securely packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding regional holidays) after payment verification.

2. Shipping Destinations, Rates & Estimated Delivery Time We currently serve customers within the United States. To guarantee fast and secure hardware delivery, we utilize premium air express carriers (including FedEx, UPS, and DHL). Our shipping costs are straightforward and integrated with order value:

    • Orders under US$50.00: A flat shipping fee of US$10.00 applies.

    • Orders over US$50.00: We provide FREE Standard Shipping for all qualifying hardware orders.

  • Delivery Timeline Summary:

    • Total Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days (1-2 days handling + 3-5 days carrier transit).

  • Please Note: Total Delivery Time consists of our 1-2 business days processing window plus the carrier's transit time. Shipping rates and fees are calculated automatically and displayed transparently at checkout.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery Security

  • Real-Time Tracking: Every shipment includes a trackable shipping number. You can monitor your package's transit status directly via major tracking platforms or by inputting your code into standard logistics portals (such as 17track).

  • Signature Requirement: To protect high-value hardware purchases, our major express shipments may require a physical signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your designated shipping address to receive the package.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • For US Buyers: In most standard commercial scenarios, retail hardware orders shipped to residential destinations in the United States do not incur additional customs duties or import taxes.

5. Address Modifications & Lost Packages

  • Address Correction: We can only modify or update your shipping destination before the item has physically departed our fulfillment hub. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
